Somali Govt Resigns

The Somali Government has resigned after the rejection of two draft laws by Parliament, the Information Minister, Yusof Ahmed Boukah, told a press conference here today. “We could not cope with the present attitude of our Parliament,” the Minister said.
He said the resignation of Premier Abdirazak Jahi Hussein’s Government had been handed to the ruling Somali Youth League Parliamentary group, and would be formally presented to President Aden Abdullah Osman.
