Four Hurt In Crash

Four persons were injured when a convoy of motor-cycles ridden by youths was involved in an accident on the Main South road, just south of Rolleston, about 1.50 p.m. yesterday. It is believed that the leading motor-cycle suddenly braked or swerved and the other machines ran into it. Larry Whinerry, of 33 Kibblewhite street, suffered bead injuries and Cheryl Harold, of 77 Springfield road, suffered head and leg injuries They were both admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital.

Lyndsay Neil Hocking, of 96 Butterfield avenue, suffered abrasions to the legs and David Phillips, of 844 Colombo street, an injury to the right shoulder. They were treated at the Christchurch Hospital
