(N.Z. Press Assn.— Copyright) HUE, June 26. The South Vietnamese Premier, Air Vice-Marshal Nguyen Cao Ky yesterday flew to this former rebel stronghold, and received a loyalty pledge from the region’s military commander. He promised the residents of Hue a new 40,000-dollar central market.

It was the first visit by the South Vietnamese leader to Hue, 450 miles north of Saigon, since the antiGovernment crisis erupted last March.
