THE Training Within Industry (TWI) Service of the Department of Labour has vacancies for TWI Trainers at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin. Commencing salary according to qualifications and appropriate experience. Training within Industry aims at increasing production and improving staff relations in industry and the public services by helping executives and supervisors use management skills. The appointee when trained will be required to organise, conduct, and follow up on TWI programmes. This will invole working mainly with senior executives. There are wide opportunities for suitable officers doing this work. Qualifications desired: Management experience essential: University degree or professional qualification an advantage but not essential.
