Police Seek Witnesses

The Christchurch police are still seeking witnesses of a motor accident which occurred on the Main South road outside the Roileston Hotel about 5.30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11. Edward John Noble McLean, aged 27, an Army cook, of Burnham, was killed when he was struck by a car.

Anyone who saw the accident is asked to get in touch with the motor accident inquiry branch.
