Writs Against Korman
(N.Z.- Press Assn—Copyright) MELBOURNE, June 24. Writs claiming 3,400,000 dollars for recovery of losses from misfeasance were issued
today against Mr Stanley Korman and five other directors of Stanhill Development Finance Ltd. (in liquidation). Mr Korman is the founder of a large group of companies which got into financial difficulties about five years ago. The other directors named in the writs are his two sons, [Leon Isadore Korman and David Jacob Korman; lan Kenneth Redpath, now of Sydney; John Clifford Carrodus. [ a company director of Melbourne, and Dr. John S. Indyk, 'a Sydney surgeon.
