A GENERAL RATE OF TWO SHILLINGS AND NINE PENCE HALFPENNY in the £, made under provisions of the section 90 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1954,” and the ’’Rating Act 1925.” 2 A WATER RATE (ordinary supply) made under provisions of section 95 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1954” and the "Rating Act, 1925.” (a) Upon all lands snd dwelling houses to which water is supplied a rate of five and a half pence in the £, but in no case shall the rate be less than one pound (£1). (b) Upon all lands and dwelling houses to which water can be, but is not supplied situate within one hundred yards from any part of the waterworks a rate of one half the respective Rate mentioned in Clause (a) hereof. (c) Upon all buildings other than dwelling houses a Rate of one half the rate mentioned In Clause (a) hereof.
