Such sums being in proportion to the rateable capital value of the respective areas. (4) The Capital value of all rateable property as appearing on the valuation rolls of the respective areas is: Malvern Area —£8,681,845.

(4) Water charges as detailed in the By-laws of the respective Water Race Districts as follows: — Malvern Water Race District. Hororata Snowdon Water Race District Downs Road Water Supply District. (5) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 115 of the Counties Act, 1956, a uniform annual fee of £1 Ids for the removal of household refuse, on all houses within the townships of Darfield, Klrwee, Coalgate, Glentunnel, Waddington and Sheffield. The whole of the foregoing rates and charges to be for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1966. and ending on the ,31st day of March, 1967, and shall become due and payable in one sum on the 16th day of August, 1966, skthe Office of the Malvern County Council, Darfield, where the Valuation Rolls are open for Inspection.
