(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY. The ’ young stand-off half, G. Banks, has given up his job in order to play for Australia in the Rugby League teat against Britain in Sydney on Saturday. Banks, a 22-year-old Newcastle baker, was told by his employers that he would have to decide immediately between baking and football. “I had no alternative but to toss in the job," said Banks.
