MARSDEN DISPUTE
Support For Carpenters (N.Z. Press Association > AUCKLAND, June 23. A mass meeting of men working on the Marsden power station voted overwhelmingly in support of the carpenters in their stand against labour-only contracts. One hundred carpenters working on the power station at Ruakaka, south of Whangarei, have been on strike for a week and a half.
