(New Zealand Fret* Association) AUCKLAND, June 23. The Crown Law Office yesterday filed an application in the Supreme Court at Auckland for an order directing an investigation into financial dealings involving Holeproof Industries, Ltd.,of Auckland. Under the Companies Act, 1955, the Court may appoint inspectors to make the investigation and report back to the Court. A copy of the application has been served on Holeproof Industries, Ltd. The Court is expected to begin hearing the application next week, possibly on Tuesday.
