Not Backing Dr. Graham

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 21. Gowing, said last night He considered Dr. Graham a charming and sincere man, but he did not think that this method of presenting the Christian faith was suited to the contemporary situation and contemporary mood. “Inevitably in this type of mission, emotions are deeply stirred and an insufficient place is given, in my judgment to the reasoned presentation of the faith which is so urgently necessary today,” he added.
