ACCESS TO CAR PARK
A.A. Seeks Talks Access to the Christchurch City Council’s Manchester street car park should be discussed with the city traffic engineer, the roads, patrols and services committee recommended to the council of the Automobile Association (Canterbury) last evening. The entrance to the buildi ing was badly placed, said the [chairman (Mr J. R. Maling). | Mr T. D. Craig said he was Concerned at the congestion [which occurred in Manchester [street at peak periods when vehicles were trying to enter the parking building. He thought the time would come when the City Council would have to permit access from one direction only. \
