Mild Day
The weather was fine and mild in Christchurch yesterday. The maximum temperature at Harewood was 57 degrees at noon. There was a light south-westerly in the morning and a light westerly in the afternoon. Temperatures recorded at Harewood were 50 degrees at 6 a.m.. 48 degrees at 9 a.m. and 55 degrees at 3 p.m. At 3 p.m. the temperature at thei Botanic Gardens was 55 degrees.
