Thai Woman Wins Diploma
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 21. The first post-graduate diploma of Auckland University awarded to a student from Thailand was conferred at a meeting of the University Council today. The diploma, in obstetrics, went to a woman, Dr. Walai Bhumichitr, who studied in the Post-graduate School of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at National Women’s Hospital.
