Dividend Up To 10J p.c. (N.Z. Preet Aeeociation) WELLINGTON, June 20. Consolidated net profit of A. and T. Burt, Dunedinbased plumbing, beating and ventilation engineer, was about £255,000 in the latest year—a rise of £lB,ooo—but tills result is subject to audit In a preliminary statement directon say they win recommend a final dividend of 7} per cent, making 10} per cent tor the year, compared with 10 per cent last year. ft will be payable on August 25. They will recommend also that each ordinary 20s share should be subdivided into four 5s units. The 5s stock units will be quoted on August 19. Ex-divi-dend August 12. Products.—N.Z. Sea Products will make a call of 2s 6d a share on issued capital, making the shares fully paid. The call must be paid by July 31.—(P.A.)
