S. Africa In Tennis Final

South Africa won both singles matches to beat Italy, 3-2, and reached the finals of the European Zone B Davis Cup tennis competition on Saturday, United Press International reported. England won its doubles match with West Germany to reduce the Germans’ lead to 2-1 in the other Zone B semi-final. Scores in other matches were: Zone A: Brazil 2, Poland 1; Czechoslovakia 2, France 1.
