No Quorum Of Creditors

A meeting of the creditors of Ronald Lilburne Cunningham, a labourer, of 140 Office road, was adjourned sine die through lack of a quorum. Cunningham, who was adjudged bankrupt on May 31, disclosed debts amounting to £528 16s 6d. He had no assets said the Official Assignee (Mr T. A. F. Withers). Mr Withers said that the reasons Cunningham gave for his bankruptcy were that he had a motor accident in 1964, and he was uninsured. Soon after this he came to Christchurch where he took up professional golf coaching. This venture did not turn out as successfully as he had hoped, and as he had relied on this for his living, he got into financial difficulties.
