Decrees In Divorce
Decrees nisi in divorce, on the grounds stated, were granted by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday on the following undefended petitions:— Seven Years Apart.—Dorothy Jean Hudson (Mr J. A. Bretherton) v. John Hudson, a labourer.
Nullity.—Arthur Claude Armstrong, a retired farm labourer, of Ashburton (Mr Bretherton) v. Mima Elizabeth Mary Armstrong In a reserved decision, his Honour dismissed a petition brought by Ngahurihanga Laurel Fraser (Mr R. G. Blunt) against her husband, Brian Malcolm Fraser, on the ground of his alleged habitual inebriation and cruelty towards her.
