R.S.A. Women’s Section
The president of the women’s section of the Christchurch Returned Services’s Association, Mrs W. K. Lauchland, announced at the annual meeting on Wednesday that donations amounting to £448 10s would be made to R.S.A. concerns and to Heritage. The sum of £438 will go to the R.S.A. hospital comforts, benevolent and general funds and £lO 10s to Heritage. Officers elected were.—Patron, Miss A. L. Smith; president, Mrs W. K. Lauchland; vice-presidents, Miss S. Britton, Mesdames V. Arrow, and H. E. Packer; treasurer, Mrs M. P. Clarke; committee, Mesdames L. Arrow, R. A. Ambridge, H. E. Batchelor, G. V. Beer, W. Cant, F. Cussack, W. Everitt, M. A. Lloyd, A. J. Smith, and G. J. Smith.
