Decision Reserved On Case Stated
Decision was reserved by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday on a case stated from the Magistrate’s Court whether two informations alleging traffic offences against Desmond Francis Wyatt, a truck driver (Mr A. D. Holland), should have contained particulars of the manner in which it was alleged Wyatt drove dangerously, and the manner in which it was alleged ha drove carelessly.
