So far, 3}lb of material has been sent by the promoters to each member of the Commonwealth Games Association. Two more parcels for each are being prepared. The final news letter publication will bring all the member nations up to date with the development of facilities—particularly those relating to the competitor accommodation at Ham and the all-weather track at the Queen Elizabeth II Park. A letter was received yes-

They have been booked into the Sheraton Hotel, which is only a mile and a half from the main games stadium. Headquarters have been set aside for the promotion team. Arrangements have been made at the University of the West Indies, where the competitors will be accommodated, for a small hall to be set aside for publicity purposes. The university is about two miles and a half from the stadium and about four miles from the hotel.
