DANGER ZONE
France Warns Airlines

France has advised airlines flying over the South Pacific that the area around the Mururoa Atoll will be a danger zone starting on midnight June 30, airline sources said.
Notification was given on May 17 that France would conduct atomic tests on Mururoa, and said that further de tails would be given later. The latest announcement also said that additional details would be given between now and the June 30 date.
