Final Decision

Notice of appeal against the decision of the judicial committee in the Final Count swab inquiry has been lodged with the Nelson Trotting Club by T. W. Husband, of Christchurch, and H. R. At the inquiry held in Christchurch on April 28 Husband and Henderson were found guilty of failing to take proper precautions to prevent a drug being administered to the horse before it won at Nelson in January.
