First German Polymer

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 10. Shareholders in Enzlon Chemical Fibres, Ltd., at a meeting in Wellington on Thursday, will be told the facts leading up to the company’s receivership. The meeting was originally called before the directors found it necessary to inform the company’s trustees that the trust deed had been breached.

The directors had hoped to announce a preferential share issue at the meeting. The Tylsa, carrying 30 tons of German polymer, is expected to berth at Wellington on Thursday. It is the first polymer the company will receive under its new sponsorship agreement with Badische Anilin and Soda Fabrig A.G.
