Offices With Flat Allowed
A specified departure from the City Council’s planning scheme to allow H. and H. Armott, Ltd., to build professional offices and a residential flat at 75 Cambridge terrace, in a residential C zone, is granted in a decision of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board. The application, which was supported by the council, is granted subject to its cancellation if all or part of the property is sold, to the erection of one notice-board not exceeding 2 sq. ft., and to the building being to the satisfaction of the council.
