Two Hunters Safe

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 11. Two Waihi men, overdue from a hunting expedition, walked out of the bush area of the Kauaeranga valley, early this afternoon while two search parties were combing the area for them. The hunters, Leslie Roy Brown, aged 36, and Thomas George Parker, aged 56, both married, were due to return on Monday after going into the bush at the top of Tapu Hill on Saturday morning. The rescue parties of 60 policemen, Search and Rescue Organisation members and forestry workers, were called out of the area when the men reported to the search headquarters to say they were fit and well and on their way home.
