Convertible For Tour

WELLINGTON, Mar. 11
A fully automatic 1966 Ford Galaxie convertible has been brought to New Zealand for the tour by the Queen Mother next month. The £3OOO car has been lent to the Government by the Ford Motor Company. A Rolls Royce and two Austin Princesses will also be used’ during the tour. The seating in the Galaxie will enable the Queen Mother to sit in full view of the public.
Next week the car will be used for the visit to Wellington of the United States astronauts, Frank Bormann and Walter Schirra.
