Public Use Of Molesworth
The Amuri County Council’s move to have the road from Hamner to Dashwood through Molesworth station opened for public use is supported by the liaison committee of the South Island Publicity Association.
The executive council of the association was told that at a meeting yesterday. One member, Mr B. J. Dalliessi, the Mayor of Picton, spoke briefly against supporting the move. Several spoke in favour of it. The meeting agreed to support the proposal to open the road.
