Forum Club To Close

(Special Crspdt. N.Z.PA.) LONDON, Mar. 9.

The Ladies’ Forum Club, once described as the London stronghold of the intellectual woman, is to dose its doors. The discreet and gentle establishment in Belgrave square was founded in 1920 “for the modern woman.” But rising costs and a drop in membership (18 guineas a year) have farced the residential and social dub to close.

Women artists, society hostesses, musicians and writers are among its members.
