Griffith To Be Watched

(NZ. Press Assn. —Copyright) LONDON.

The West Indies fast bowler, C. C. Griffith, will come under the new English anti-thrower’s plan, the “Daily Mail” reported. The West Indies plan adopted by the M.C.C. last week instructing umpires to call any bowlers whom they consider throw the ball or where they consider the action is suspect should report the bowler to a committee who will film the bowler in action, watch him, and then decide in a committee meeting whether he should be warned or suspended for a period of time.
