FIRE ON TWO PROPERTIES

Fire severely damaged a tool shed on the property of Mr C. L. Hardy at 12 Webb street, and caused slight damage to a double garage of the adjoining property of Mr R. McGlaston, at 104 Papanui road, yesterday afternoon. St. Albans and Headquarters firemen answered the alarm at 4.20 p.m. and used one hose to put out the blaze.
