Youth Remanded On Bail
An 18-year-old youth, who was granted interim suppression of his name, was remanded on bail to March 14 when he appeared before Mr C. Denham, Justice of the Peace, in the Ashburton Magistrate’s Court on Monday on a charge of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl aged 15 years at Rangitata on February 25. He was ordered to report daily to the police.
