TOUCHED WHEEL
After the Cressy Stakes an inquiry was held into the breaking of Cool Water, driven by A. L. Milne, with two furlongs to go. It was found that the field packed up and Cool Water, which was under a good hold, touched the wheel of Alray. No further action was taken.
