PILOTS’ TALKS

34 Nations Represented (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 7. The largest gathering of airline pitots in New Zealand wilt meet in Auckland over thie next two weeks for the 1966 world conference of the International Federation of Airline Pitots’ Associations, representing more than 27,000 pilots. A total of 137 delegates will attend the conference, which will open tonight with a social function. Delegates from 34 countries represent more than 40 major airlines. Russia was to have sent a delegation but has advised the New Zealand Airline Billiots’ Association that it was unable to attend. The New Zealand association is spending more than £4OOO running the conference and entertaining delegates, observers, and their wives.
