Stewart Wins Series (IV.Z. Press Assn. — Copyright) LAUNCESTON. Jackie Stewart led all the way to win the final of the South Pacific championship and the final round of the Tasman Cup at Longfor, Tasmania yesterday. Stewart, driving a 8.R.M., beat his team-mate, Graham Hill, who was second, and Jack Brabham, driving a Repco-Brabham, who was third. Stewart clocked Ihr 2min 55.55ec for the. 121.5mile course. He averaged more than 115 m.p.h. for the race. Jim Clark finished last.
