China Held To Be Against Peace

The United States Ambassador to the Jnited Nations, Mr Arthur Goldberg, said yesterday that the United States wanted to live in peaceful co-existence with China, but Peking prevented any relationship because of its relentlessly belligerent policies, United Press International reported.
