(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 4. In a flying assignment next week, “Miss New Zealand,” Miss Gay Phelps, will present wool floor rugs to the Mayors of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and Invercargill as part of the Wool Board’s “wool mark” promotion.
