Rhodesia Halts E. Africa Mail
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) SALISBURY, Feb. 7. The Smith regime has suspended all mail services to and from the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, the Ministry of Posts announced in Salisbury. A brief statement last night said letters addressed to East Africa would be returned to the jgnder.
