Agreement On Building

Agreement had finally been reached on the cost of the terminal building at the Christchurch International Airport, the city development committee reported to the City Council last evening. After six years of protracted negotiations, there was an arbitration hearing, with Sir Francis Adams as arbitrator, the committee said.
