New Methodist Ministers
An American Methodist minister, the Rev. W. W. Ralph, is one of six new ministers appointed to the North Canterbury district of the Methodist Church of New Zealand. He will serve as minister of the Richmond Methodist Church in Stanmore road this year. Mr Ralph will be inducted at a service in the Richmond Church on February 17 at 7.30 p.m.
Other ministers to be inducted during the month are the Rev. A. R. Bowden, Cambridge terrace Church; the Rev. N. E. Smith. Woolston Church; the Rev. R. W. Widdup, St. John’s Church. Addington; and the Rev. J. K. Watson, New Brighton Church.
The Rev. N. D. Billinghurst was inducted at a service in the Greendale Church last Thursday.
