Silence On Vietnam

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 2. Mr E. Mills, of the New Zealand Institute of Technology, returned to Wellington from Vietnam tonight. Assigned to study possible channels of New Zealand aid to Vietnam, Mr Mills had been instructed by the Department of External Affairs “not to speak to the press.” He will make a report of his two weeks in Vietnam to the department. He also expects ,to make recommendations. He also visited Hong Kong and Bangkok. His only comment: “It was marvellous.”
