For This Hat
NEW HAT FOR HAGLEY HIGH.—A versatile model in proofed poplin, the hat is the smart finishing touch for the new deep teal-coloured school uniform for Hagley High School. Designed by the girls, it can be worn at almost any angle to suit a schoolgirl’s changing fancy. The brim is stitched and stiffened for turning, and the soft crown makes it amenable to most hairstyles. It was even seen perching tidily on top of a ponytail. Less inclined to shrink than felt, and with none of the yellowing properties of straw, it seems to have found favour with mothers, daughters, and teachers alike.
