POLICEMAN GUILTY
Seven Theft Charges

A total of £B6 in found property was involved in seven charges of theft brought against a police constable in the Magistrate’s Court at Rotorua today. Arthur Edward Terry, aged 35, pleaded guilty and was convicted and remanded until Friday for sentence by Mr G. J. Donne. Bail of £75, with one surety off £75 was allowed.
