MR J. MOWBRAY, assistant general manager of the National Bank of New Zealand since 1960, who has been appointed general manager. He will succeed Mr J. T. Andrews, who will retire at the end of April after more than 40 years’ service with the bank, the last five as general manager. The bank has also announced the appointment of two assistant general managers, Mr S. T. Russell and Mr I. G. Andrews.
