Lucky Son May Not Start In Cup
“The Press” Special Service LEVIN.
Mr J. Brown, the ownertrainer of Lucky Son, said on Saturday that his horse was a "very doubtful” starter for the Wellington Cup.
He did not know what was wrong with the horse, but expected a veterinary report on Friday.
W. D. Skelton, Lucky Son’s -usual rider, has no engagement in the cup. If Lucky Son does start he probably will ride him.
