Cup Winner At Riccarton
The 1965 Wellington Cup winner, Eiffel Tower, arrived at Riccarton from the south yesterday with his stablemates, Ettrick and Golden Disc.
Eiffel Tower will attempt his second Wellington Cup victory at Trentham next Saturday, and Golden Disc will run in the Camp Handicap. Macdonald won the Camp Handicap for the Hazlett stable less than an hour after his stablemate won the Wellington Cup last year.

The Waluku gelding, Damian s Pride, wiM not contest the £3OOO Telegraph Handicap, six furlongs, at Trentham on Saturdav instead, Damian's Pride will run in the £2OOO Metropolitan Handicap, seven furlongs, on the second day, and then in the George Adams Handicap, a mile. on the final day.
