(N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) OTTAWA, Jan. 13. Canada is to send 9,500,000 dollars worth of wheat and 1,300,000 dollars worth of rape seed to India as famine relief. Other purchases being made include 750,000 dollars worth of dried peas and 450,000 dollars worth of dried milk powder.
