(N.Z. P.A.-Reuter—Copy right) TOKYO, Jan. 16. North Vietnam today made a stinging denunciation of American offers of peace talks. The party newspaper, “Nhan Dan” said Hanoi was “resolved to fight a long -var till final victory.”
“Observer” pen name o f a top North Vietnamese official —wrote in “Nhan Dan”: “They may speak of p- e one hundred times or one thousand times, but no problem can be solved if tl ey refuse to abandon their aggressive design.”
