The Buchanan Report
Sir, —With all respect to the professor, who has seen two weeks of holiday traffic, this city has enough streets with-
out Hagley Park. They are clogged in the city with people crawling along looking for parking space. Parking buildings will solve this. Further out, flyovers are needed at the major intersections —not lights. Flyovers should have been incorporated at bridges such as Montreal street, Fitzgerald avenue and at the Ferry road Tunnel road turn-off instead of half way along. At Lincoln road and Waltham road bridges should span both road and railway.—Yours, etc., SLOW JOE. January 15, 1966.
